The scriptures says to honor those elders who rule well, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching. Today we want to congratulate and honor Tom Kelby for his hard work and dedication as ha just finished his doctorate degree at Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Kansas City, Missouri.
