A Place of Their Own
Sixth graders through Seniors are gathering in our building called the "Filling Station"—a former gas station/convenience store. Youth helped gut and transform the space with adults into a great space that has a stage for worship and presentations, sound booth, kitchen, and several seating areas. Painted on the wall is the theme verse they chose together:
"Therefore encourage one another and build one another up, just as you are doing." 1 Thes. 5:11

The Filling Station
Connect with your peers in a common purpose - knowing Jesus. The evening involves snacks/refreshments, youth-led worship, a biblical message that's relevant, and small group discussion and prayer. Sometimes a video series will be shown—examples of past ones are David Platt & Francis Chan. Other times a speaker comes in from the church to discuss meaningful topics that meet you where you are at or obstacles you may be facing. Leave feeling loved, strengthened, challenged, and able to face this world in which you live with Christ's power. Learn to live boldly and successfully for the Lord now and in your future! We welcome youth who do not attend Cornerstone to explore your faith!
