Thankfulness and Joy
Scripture: Nehemiah 7 & 8
The wall is now secured and the word of god is being read to the people. They start to weep because of the conviction of God coming over them. Nehemiah wants to celebrate God’s goodness and forgiveness. He reminds them that the joy of the Lord is their strength. In our season of life right now, God is also calling on us to be thankful and to find joy in Him.
